God, I don't think I've ever despised any character as much as I do Tritter. Vogler was an ass, but at least he was an amusing ass. Tritter is just... guh. And his final conversation with Wilson? *incoherent smashing of keyboard* Why do I get the feeling that Wilson is in for it (on House's behalf) yet again?

I can't remember being this "omgomgwhat'sgoingtohappennextttttttttt??" about a show in ages. XD


(House stealing a tomato from Wilson's salad.) *hee*

House: "I didn't try to break up your marriages. You did that yourself."

Wilson: "My marriages were so crappy I was spending all my time with you. Your real fear is me having a good relationship."

House: "Yes, it keeps me up at night. Along with the lochness monster, global warming... other fictional concepts. Although, a big romantic weekend in the Pocanos could change everything."

*House gives him a look*

Wilson: "You don't mean...?" *Wilson points between himself and House* "No!"

Worked on this in between my commissions, and I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out. It's not often that I let my pencil lines show this much, but with most of my House portraits, it seems to be my emerging style. Yay for learning something new!

Just got home from getting my driver's license renewed; it was fairly quick and relatively painless, though I look less-than-photogenic on my ID. ;_; (I was surprised when the guy announced he'd already taken my picture... my face looks rather pained on the pic.) ^_^;;

In any case, I had a few minutes to kill before I have to leave again, so I scanned in this watercolor of House. ^_^

I am vastly amused at the fact that I was up at 8am on a Sunday morning, because I feel absolutely wonderful. I also feel like I have so much free time for the rest of the day, lol! Only work can get me out of bed this early-- not even Ben-the-better-half could pry me from my covers on a lovely cold morning. ^_^;;

In any case, House art. Didn't have the chance to post it before, as I've been drawing more often than I've been scanning, but there you go. :) Hope you guys like. ^_~

I've been feeling incredible ups and downs for the past two days, brought on mostly by lack of sleep and personal disappointments. I'm amazed at how small things can really get me up, though, and even more amazed by the fact that I am taking no drugs/medication/alcohol whatsoever.

The human body is a strange and frightening thing. XD

Robert Sean Leonard: “That might be how I get off the show.” [laughs]

CT: Well, you could die and come back as a ghost. Then it would be the “House Whisperer.”

RSL: “Yeah [laughs]. The hair makeup people were saying one day, ‘Oh, I love those scenes with you and Hugh, there should be more of that.’ And I’m like, ‘Shhh! Don’t say that!’

I’m the luckiest man in Hollywood. I work only with Hugh, pretty much, who’s great. And I work two days a week.

CT: So in terms of the other stuff going on in your career, that’s going well, all the theater stuff?

RSL: “I’ve achieved everything I wanted to do. When I was growing up, I wanted to be Kevin Kline, Sam Waterston. I grew up watching the Public Theater and Shakespeare in the park and Marion Seldes. I mean, I may as well be gay.”

CT: I’m not entirely sure you’re not.

No, I think that any of those relationships is of course believable-- two people can always find some comfort or attraction, so I think all are possible.

Lol. I'm reminded of a weird interview question way back... it was with Orlando Bloom (LOTR's Legolas), I think, and he got pissed and snapped that he wasn't gay and that he had a girlfriend.

I've been following House, M.D. sporadically for the past few months, but up til recently I'd never gotten around to sitting down and watching the entire thing. It's basically been my reward for whenever I get some work done, and trying to get to the next episode has expedited my work process quite a bit.

I've fangirl'd enough about rampant omg!slash in various shows/anime/comics/etc. often enough, but I'll be the first to admit that this show isn't really my regular fare. Greg House, the main character, is something of an anti-hero. He's got the worst bedside manner in the history of bad doctors, is basically addicted to pain medication, and is a genius at his job (he's the head of diagnostics at the PPTH). Aside from having 3 sidekicks (all brilliant doctors in their own right), the prettiest bitch-boss I've ever seen (i have a girl-crush on cuddy, thank you very much), and pure loathing for all his patients, he's also got James Wilson (head of oncology and played by one of my favourite actors ever) as his best friend.

House MD is witty, acerbic, and a breath of fresh air from regular Hospital Drama fare.
